Fees and Registration

The registration fees include participation in the respective meeting, conference proceedings, lunches, coffee breaks and snacks, beverages inside the conference room, and the conference dinner. After registration you will receive a confirmation and an invoice. Standard payment is by bank transfer, credit card payment (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) is available upon request.

Cancellations: A fee of USD 200 will be charged for cancellations up to May 15, 2019 . For cancellations received from May 16, 2019 to June 1, 2019 there will be a 50% cancellation fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after June 1, 2019 . However, substitutions of delegates may be made at any time free of charge.
